libipaddr-ocaml software package provides library for manipulation of IP (and MAC) address representations (runtime), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libipaddr-ocaml
libipaddr-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libipaddr-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libipaddr-ocaml *
You will get with libipaddr-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
